You don’t need to worry because our team is ready to help escort you during the immigration document examination process when you arrive in Indonesia.

Our team will help to pick you up and escort you on your arrival, with the aim that the process of inspecting all your immigration documents runs faster because you do not have to get through long queues. As a result, you will feel more relaxed and more comfortable when entering the process of inspecting travel documents and immigration documents at the airport.

The escort service we provide consists of two categories, namely:

1.  Special pick-up and special assistance services at the time of inspection of travel documents and immigration documents only.
2. Assistance during the inspection of travel and immigration documents and Baggage, until exiting the airport. (If there is a problem in relation to customs & excise matters, we cannot get involved).

Procedures:

We must have received upcoming guest data such as: passport scan, photo, photo visa, flight schedule scan, no later than 3 days before the scheduled arrival in Indonesia. We do not provide impromptu escort services (less than 2 days) before the date of arrival.
