7. The Statement Letter that will employ at least 2 Indonesian citizens
8. 2 ID cards of household assistants / maid (for Renewal)
9. Legalities of sponsor company such as : Company establishment deed, business license, business identification number / NIB, NPWP, Director’s ID card / KTP.
