Multiple Entry Business Visa (D212)

Who is this type of Visa for ?

For those of you who often go in and out of Indonesia for business, then using the Multiple Entry Business Visa – D212 is a very suitable choice for you, because this visa will be valid as a permit to enter and leave Indonesia for 1 year, with a length of stay for each visit is 60 day. After you stay 60 days then you are required to leave the territory of Indonesia and you can re-enter on another day using the visa and will be given a stay permit for the next 60 days. That’s how this type of visa works. And it is very important to know that this type of visa is not for work and is not allowed to carry out work activities for a salary, either in the office, factory or other places throughout Indonesia.

This type of visa can be applied for by applicants who are outside Indonesia (offshore). After the applicant has all the necessary requirements and already has a sponsor/guarantor in Indonesia, the visa can be applied immediately, either by yourself or by using the professional services of an experienced and trusted visa consultant or agent. The length of the visa processing process in normal situations ranges from 7-14 working days.

After the Visa approval is given, how long the Visa can be used ?

After your visa application has been granted by Indonesian immigration and the telex visa (e-Visa) has been issued, then you must use the visa (enter Indonesia) no later than 90 days after the visa was issued by Indonesian immigration. If during the 90 days you do not enter Indonesia, your visa will be forfeited / no longer valid. Thus you have to reapply the visa application if you want to enter Indonesia.

Is a Sponsor required to get this Visa ?

That’s right, for this visa application it is required to have a guarantor/sponsor from a company in Indonesia and must attach sponsor company legalities such as: Company Establishment Deed, Business License, Business Identification Number / NIB, NPWP, Director’s KTP, etc. and for those of you who do not have a sponsor, our company can be a sponsor for your visa application.

After we have received the documents completely, then we shall begin to file the visa application to the Immigration Authorities in Jakarta.  It takes 5 (five) working days to obtain the E-visa approval from the Immigration Authorities in Jakarta. After the E- visa approval has been granted, then the E-visa approval letter will be immediately emailed by the Immigration Authorities in Jakarta to us and we will email the said visa approval letter to you. After obtaining the E-visa approval, you must enter Indonesia in 3 (three) months, otherwise, the visa would be no longer valid/obsolete.
