EPO is the process of applying for a stay visa/KITAS cancellation for foreigners who will end their working period at a company in Indonesia or will not extend their visa because they will return to their home country or will move to work for another company in Indonesia. However, for you who are KITAS holders who are already stay outside Indonesia and will not return in the near future, then you or your person in Indonesia must still report your KITAS cancellation to the local immigration office using the term as referred to “Exit No Return”.

For foreigners holding stay visas/KITAS who have changed their residential address or moved to a different address even though they are still in the same housing complex but in a different unit, according to immigration regulations, these foreigners are required to report the change in address to the local immigration office. If you don’t report the change in address, you will be deemed to have violated immigration regulations.

Immigration certificate / SKIM is a certificate issued by the local immigration office for foreigners holding KITAS or KITAP who will apply for Indonesian citizenship. This SKIM can be given by the immigration if the foreigner applicants have lived for 5 consecutive years using a stay visa/KITAS sponsored by an Indonesian Citizen spouse or a company for foreign investors. The duration of the SKIM process is around 3-4 weeks.

This Certificate for Children with Dual Citizenship is intended to be given to a child born from mixed marriages between Indonesian Citizen & Foreigner parents, and the child does not yet have a foreign passport. Without having this certificate, the child will not be able to get an Indonesian passport. This certificate can only be issued by the local immigration office in the area according to the residential address of the parents written on the Resident Identity Card of the parents.

An Affidavit card is given to a child born from mixed marriages between Indonesian Citizen & Foreigner parents and the child already has a foreign passport. If the child does not have a foreign passport, he will not be able to get an Affidavit card from the local immigration in Indonesia.
